ABSTRAK
This paper estimates the private returns to education associated with the levels of educational attainment of workers and self-employed utilizing the data from the 2014 National laborforce survey, Indonesia. The ordinary least square estimation approach was adopted to analyze the data. The results show that the estimates for both men and women are small at primary school level, which is 2.52%, but are relatively higher at post-secondary education level, varying from 12.25% to 15.73%.
