- Electrical Engineer
Requirements:
- Min. D4 / bachelor’s degree (Electrical Engineering or equivalent) required from reputable University.
- Experience in planning maintenance operations.
- At least 5 – 10 years’ operation experience as Engineer in Oil & Gas, Power plant, Petrochemical & Chemical Industries
- Working knowledge of electric facilities.
- Background for environment of petrochemical plant.
- Solid understanding of technical aspects of electrical systems.
- Ability to keep track of and report on activity.
- Good computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
- Familiar with ISO manager standard
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication (Bahasa and English) and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding Indonesian electricity regulation
- Have experience about the Project.
- Understanding Indonesian electricity regulation
- Willing to be located in Merak Plant (Cilegon)
Job Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot electric equipment failures & Performance.
- Managing inventory and spare parts for daily / periodical maintenance.
- Provide technical support to the operation team during the entire lifecycle of the electric equipment, analyzing their performance, operative conditions and boundaries, in order to guarantee reliable and safe operations.
- Preparing T/A (Turn Around): Plan schedules, secure budget, Stock up spare parts, Contract partners, and Oversee maintenance work and so on.
- Provide technical solutions whenever the electric equipment experience failures, utilizing sound maintenance strategies, to analyze, address and rectify the root causes in order to prevent reoccurrences.
- Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues.
- Allocate workload, supervise, and motivate staff.
- Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation.
- Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities.
- Ensure health and safety policies are complied with.
- Review workers performance and identify any training needs
- Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.
- Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance.
- Evaluate maintenance activity
- Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities.
- Implement continuous improvement plans
- Work effectively with other department to improve process
